Payment Options

 

At Vitalize Chiropractic,  we want you to be armed with the best advice to get the most out of your treatments at a reasonable cost. We currently accept most major insurance plans, HSA and FSA plans, and have reasonable rates for cash plans.

We accept most other medical insurances. Please give us a call to see if your insurance covers you for treatment. Different plans have different benefits, we kindly ask that you call your insurance for your most up to date coverage information as coverage and plans vary from year to year.  We are happy to assist you in reviewing your benefits as well.

Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA)

 

Chiropractic treatment is an eligible medical expense that you can use pre-taxed funds to put toward your health savings accounts.   

  • A Health Savings Account (HSA) carries over year to year.

  • A Flexible Spending Account (FSA) must be used by end of the year and does not carry over to the next year.

These tips are meant to help you take advantage of your benefits that you have already invest in. Please ensure you request your superbill at the end of the year to submit to your HSA/FSA provider.

Self Pay

First Chiropractic Visit - Exam/Intake/Adjustment = $125

Routine chiropractic adjustment = $55

Package Rates:
Pre-pay for 6
Chiropractic = $300 ($50/Visit) 
​​​

Family Rates:
First Chiropractic Visit - Children under eighteen=$80
Children under eighteen (Routine Visit) = $30
​​​​​​​(when their parents are also under care)
 

If you have been injured in an auto accident it is likely that your care can be fully covered for chiropractic and massage without affecting your insurance rates.
